Who we are

OnNotice is operated by Seringa Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15449830), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. This notice covers the OnNotice marketing website and its contact form.

What we collect

When you submit the form: your name, work email, company and country and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, role, company size, the contract forms you work under and any message you write.

Collected automatically with a submission: your approximate location (country, region and city), which our hosting provider derives from your IP address. We do not store your IP address. We also record your browser language, the page you came from, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and your browser type.

Why we use it

To reply to messages and waitlist sign-ups, and to understand which countries, roles and contract forms are most interested in OnNotice so we can decide where to focus. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising. We don’t send marketing emails from this form.

Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in replying to you and in understanding demand for OnNotice. For Google Analytics, your consent (see “Cookies and analytics” below), which you can withdraw at any time.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies, which don’t need consent: one that remembers your cookie choice (kept for 6 months) and one that remembers your language version of the site.

Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) are set only if you click “Accept analytics”. They help us see which pages are visited, which countries and websites visitors come from, and what device and browser they use, so we can understand interest in OnNotice. We don’t use them for advertising and have turned Google’s advertising features off. Google Analytics is provided by Google, which processes this data on our behalf and may do so outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we stop analytics and remove its cookies.

Keeping the form free of spam

We use Vercel BotID, which checks signals from your browser to block automated submissions, and we limit how often a single connection can submit. For that limit we keep a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Submissions are stored in our database hosted by Neon in London, United Kingdom. The site is hosted by Vercel, we use Resend to email new submissions to our team, Sentry for error monitoring and, if you consent, Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for 24 months, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you gave us, object to how we use them, or withdraw your analytics consent, through our contact form. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority where you live.

Questions or requests: use our contact form.
