About

Contractors don’t lose entitlements because they’re wrong. They lose them because they’re late.

The work gets done. The money is earned. Then a notice goes out a week too late, and the entitlement is gone.

We think that’s fixable

Not by asking site teams to fill in another form or log every conversation twice. The information is already there: in the site group chat, the project inbox, the minutes of last week’s progress meeting. It just doesn’t reach the commercial team in time.

OnNotice reads those conversations as they happen, recognises the early warnings, compensation events and claims inside them, and starts the clock from the right trigger date. The people who serve notices hear about them while there’s still time to act.

How we build it

OnNotice brings together a collective of software professionals and commercial managers, each with more than a decade of experience in their field. The engineers make it reliable: every message captured, every record tamper-evident. The commercial managers make it right: which clause governs an event, when the clock starts, and which deadlines are hard time-bars.

What we won’t do

  • We won’t send anything for you. OnNotice flags, cites and drafts. A person always decides what gets sent.
  • We won’t guess quietly. Every flag cites its clause and shows how confident it is.
  • We won’t lose the trail. Every flag links back to the message it came from.
  • We won’t ask site teams to change how they work.

Help us get it right

OnNotice is shaped by the commercial managers who use it, and we’re always looking for more who want a say in how it works.

If you look after the commercial side of construction contracts, tell us how notices get missed on your projects, even if you never use OnNotice.
